Police officers arrest a disabled climate activist from Extinction Rebellion using Section 14 of the Public Order Act 1986 during a protest outside New Scotland Yard against tactics employed by police officers which impinge on the right to protest of disabled activists, including the confiscation of wheelchairs, wheelchair ramps, accessible toilets and tents.
