Lord Pickles and Ed Balls, co-chairs of the UK Holocaust Memorial Fund, select bronze and limestone for the UK Holocaust Memorial and Learning Centre in Victoria Tower Gardens beside Parliament with Lucy Tilley, Associate Principal of Adjaye Associates architects. The Prime Minister recently led cross-party support for the new memorial.
