London, UK. 16 November, 2019. Laura Pidcock, Shadow Minister for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, has a discussion about freedom of movement as she arrives at Labour’s Clause V meeting. The Clause V meeting, chaired by the party leader and attended by members of the National Executive Committee (NEC), relevant Shadow Cabinet members and members of the National Policy Forum, will finalise the party’s general election manifesto. The meeting is named after Clause V of the Labour Party rulebook.
