Cardiff, UK. 2nd May, 2017. The Grade I-listed French Gothic Renaissance Pierhead building in Cardiff Bay. It was built in 1897 by architect William Frame as the headquarters for the Bute Dock Company and its clock tower is known locally as ‘Baby Big Ben’.
