HS2 Colne Valley Viaduct construction works

Harefield, UK. 5th February, 2022. Construction works for the HS2 Colne Valley Viaduct, which will become the UK's longest railway bridge, are pictured at HOAC Lake (Harefield Lake No. 2). A viaduct requiring 292 piles is currently being constructed to carry HS2 across lakes and watercourses in the Colne Valley Regional Park.
