London, UK. 3 August, 2019. Elite riders from sixteen of the world’s top professional female cycling teams approach the finish on the Mall during the Prudential RideLondon Classique. The Classique, which is the richest one-day women’s race in the world, covers 20 laps of a tight circuit of 3.4 kilometres around St James’s Park and Constitution Hill. Defending champion Kirsten Wild, who crossed the finishing line first, was disqualified following the collision visible behind.
