WASPI women protest in Parliament Square, London, UK

London, UK. 5 November, 2019. Campaigners from WASPI (Women Against State Pension Inequality), one of which with her back bearing an image of Iain Duncan Smith disguised as a thief, protest in Parliament Square to call for fair transitional pension arrangements for women born in the 1950s affected by the changes to the State Pension Age (SPA), including a 'bridging' pension to provide an income from age 60 until State Pension Age and recompense for losses incurred by women who have already reached their SPA.
