Harefield, UK. 16 January, 2020. By agreement with enforcement agents working on behalf of HS2, Stop HS2 activist Mark Keir brings dogs belonging to Freeman, a fellow activist evicted earlier in the morning from the Harvil Road wildlife protection camp in the Colne Valley after two days spent high up in a tree in woodland, to a friend waiting outside. 108 ancient woodlands are set to be destroyed by the high-speed rail link and further destruction of trees for HS2 in the Harvil Road area is believed to be imminent.
