Environmental activists continue to monitor HS2 works, Denham, UK

Works planned for the HS2 high-speed rail link in the immediate vicinity include not only the felling of mature trees but also the construction of a Bailey bridge, compounds and fencing, some of which in a wetland nature reserve forming part of a Site of Metropolitan Importance for Nature Conservation (SMI).
