Earth protector and Stop HS2 activist Freeman performs by way of a thank you to activists from Extinction Rebellion, Stop HS2 and Save the Colne Valley who reoccupied the Colne Valley wildlife protection camp where he had until recently been living on the second day of a three-day ‘Stand for the Trees’ protest in the Colne Valley timed to coincide with tree felling work by HS2. Bailiffs acting for HS2 have been evicting Stop HS2 activists from the camp for the past week and a half. 108 ancient woodlands are set to be destroyed by the high-speed rail link.
