Keep Kentwood Green Campaign Tilehurst

Tilehurst, UK. 25th September, 2022. A notice posted by Tilehurst Poor's Land Charity (TPLC), also known as Tilehurst People's Local Charity, is pictured close to a wildlife-rich area of woodland between Armour Hill and Kentwood Hill believed to be threatened by survey work and potential land clearance. Part of the site adjacent to allotments, which is owned by TPLC, has been earmarked for housing. Local residents and allotment holders campaigning as Keep Kentwood Green for the land to be protected from development claim that the presence of badgers, foxes, slow worms, muntjac deer and red kite has been recorded at the site.
