HS2 Rebellion activists delay tree felling, Harefield, UK

Harefield, UK. 22 July, 2020. An activist from HS2 Rebellion occupies heavy machinery to delay tree felling for HS2 alongside Harvil Road. Several environmental activists occupied machinery and trees in protest against the high-speed rail link, which is currently projected to cost £106bn and will remain a net contributor to CO2 emissions during its projected 120-year lifespan.
