A large policing operation ensured that supporters of Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, the far-right activist better known as Tommy Robinson, attending a separate march were kept apart from the Stand Up to Racism counter-protesters. Yaxley-Lennon had been remanded in custody the previous day pending a hearing at Woolwich Crown Court on 28th October.
