An environmental activist from Colne Valley Action waves to a supportive driver as fellow activists sit in trees to prevent their felling as part of work scheduled for this weekend for the HS2 project. The Colne Valley is an area of natural beauty and large areas of trees have been felled there for HS2 in recent weeks. Protesters based at the Harvil Road Wildlife Protection Camp are seeking to prevent further destruction.
