Nicola Sturgeon, First Minister of Scotland, leaves Church House in Westminster after addressing a press conference with Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford on the morning after Parliament rejected Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s fast-track timetable for ratifying the Brexit bill. She welcomed a pre-Christmas general election and made clear that the Prime Minister’s ‘bad’ Brexit bill would be opposed by the devolved administrations in both Edinburgh and Cardiff.
