Sofia House Redevelopment, London, UK

Sofia House, a former 1980s office building at 204a Great Portland Street in Marylebone, is being redeveloped as W1 Place, an 8-storey mixed use building comprising retail space, 37 apartments and parking. In 2018, the building was occupied by housing activists to set up a support centre for the homeless called the Sofia Solidarity Centre.
