Metropolitan Police officers speak to pro-EU activist Steve Bray regarding an amplifier and speaker being used by him to play music on the corner of Great George Street and Parliament Street on 8th January 2025 in London, United Kingdom. Steve Bray, also sometimes known as Stop Brexit Man, is due to be tried at City of London Magistrates' Court in April after having been accused of flouting a police ban in March 2024 by placing an amplifier on a traffic island in Parliament Street. He asserts that playing music outside Parliament constitutes part of a fundamental right to protest.
