Striking Science Museum and Natural History Museum security workers represented by the United Voices of the World (UVW) trade union and supporters stand on picket lines outside the two museums, and march between them. UVW has intimated that it will initiate a landmark private prosecution using Regulation 7 of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 and s8 Accessories and Abettors Act 1861 to prevent security contractor Wilson James and the agency BMSL from utilising agency workers to break their strike for better pay.
