Security guards remove from One Birdcage Walk supporters of Youth Demand after a keynote speech by Shadow Foreign Secretary David Lammy on tackling kleptocracy in the UK for a conference event hosted by the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) had been disrupted by activists from Youth Demand and Stop Polluting Politics and a protest had then taken place inside the lobby of the venue. The protesters, who chanted pro-Palestinian slogans, asserted financial ties between David Lammy and pro-Israel groups and individuals and called both for an arms embargo on Israel and for no new oil and gas licences to be issued by the UK government.
