Far-right activist Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, better known as Tommy Robinson, is cleared at a hearing at Westminster Magistrates Court after having been charged with breach of a dispersal order under Section 35 of the Crime and Policing Act 2014 during an antisemitism march in Westminster in November 2023. He was acquitted by a district judge who ruled that the power used against him by the Metropolitan Police had not been legally authorised.
