Colne Valley, UK. 16th April, 2024. Construction works continue for the HS2 high-speed rail link. These include the use of a 700-tonne launching girder in the construction of the Colne Valley viaduct above lakes and watercourses in the Colne Valley Regional Park and the removal of infrastructure previously used to relocate an electricity pylon and cabling through Denham Country Park in connection with the HS2 project.
