An actor wearing a Rishi Sunak mask and dressed as a gameshow host gives a thumbs up alongside a 'wheel of misfortune' in Parliament Square during an event staged by Amnesty International UK to highlight the serious adverse consequences of the Government’s Safety of Rwanda bill. The House of Lords will vote on the controversial bill on 12th March and Amnesty International UK is calling on peers to reject it.
