Estimates for those attending the demonstration organised by Palestine Solidarity Campaign, Stop the War Coalition, Friends of Al-Aqsa, Muslim Association of Britain, Palestinian Forum in Britain and CND, ranged from tens of thousands to over 400,000. An all-female line-up of speakers, including singer Charlotte Church, addressed a rally close to the US embassy following the march from Hyde Park Corner.
