London, UK. 11th November, 2023. Hundreds of thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters take part in an Armistice Day march from Hyde Park to the US embassy to call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. The march was organised by Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC), Stop the War Coalition, Friends of Al-Aqsa, Muslim Association of Britain and Palestinian Forum in Britain. Estimates for the number of people attending ranged from 300,000 (Metropolitan Police) to 800,000 (the organisers). Mass Palestinian solidarity rallies have been held around the world for a fifth consecutive weekend to call for an end to the Israeli bombardment of Gaza.
