London, UK. 8th July, 2023. Social housing campaigners from Southwark take part in a Housing Day of Action to call for an end to the demolition of council housing. Campaigners from groups including Southwark Defend Council Housing, Fight for Aylesbury and Southwark Group of Tenant Organisations, supported by Housing Rebellion, demanded that the remaining social housing on the Aylesbury Estate be refurbished for council tenants.
