London, UK. 17th June, 2023. Protesters holding Iranian flags march past the Palace of Westminster in solidarity with those protesting in Iran. Protests in Iran began in mid-September 2022 after the death in police custody of Mahsa Amini, 22, from Kurdistan, who had been detained by the morality police during a visit to Tehran for an alleged breach of strict dress code rules for women.
