West Ham United footballers receive a hero's welcome from many tens of thousands of supporters during a UEFA Europa Conference League victory parade from the site of their former Boleyn Ground in Upton Park to Stratford Town Hall. West Ham defeated ACF Fiorentina 2-1 in the UEFA Europa Conference League Final in Prague on 7th June, winning their first major trophy since 1980.
