London, UK. 22nd February, 2023. Trees are pictured partially felled in Euston Square Gardens for the HS2 high-speed rail project. The Chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt advised on 27 January that the high-speed rail project will reach Euston as originally planned following newspaper reports claiming that the line might terminate at Old Oak Common.
