London, UK. 15th February, 2023. University staff from the University and College Union (UCU) stand at an official picket outside University College London (UCL) during strike action. Over 70,000 staff at 150 universities around the UK are taking part in strike action over pay and conditions such as insecure working practices and workloads after 80% of members voted to reject the latest pay offer from employers.
