London, UK. 29th October, 2022. Demonstrators form a human chain as they march in solidarity with protesters across Iran seeking regime change. Similar human chain protests were organised by Iranians in other cities around the world. Protests in Iran began in mid-September after the death in police custody of Mahsa Amini, 22, from Kurdistan, who had been detained by the morality police during a visit to Tehran for an alleged breach of strict dress code rules for women.
