Sandwich, UK. 4th October, 2021. Activists from Palestine Action block two entrances to the Instro Precision factory in Discovery Park using lock-ons to a car and a van and also occupy and spray with red paint an area around the entrance to Instro Precision's landlords' offices at Discovery Park House. Instro Precision is a subsidiary of Elbit Systems, Israel's largest publicly-traded arms company which markets as 'battle-proven' drones used extensively by the Israeli military in Gaza, and it supplies 'high precision military equipment'. Palestine Action contends that equipment sold by Instro Precision has been used by the Israeli military against the civilian population of Gaza and campaigns using direct action against the presence of ten Elbit Systems sites around the UK.
