2021-02-13 HS2 Harvil Road eviction and felling

Harefield, UK. 13th February, 2021. A long-reach tree felling vehicle is used to fell some of the last remaining trees alongside Harvil Road in the Colne Valley for the HS2 high-speed rail link. Four anti-HS2 activists had been evicted in sub-zero temperatures from a roadside camp and three from nearby trees by dozens of bailiffs acting for HS2 Ltd during the early hours of the same day.
