Activists from the group Action for Climate Truth and Reparations (ACTR) climb scaffolding outside the Houses of Parliament to hang an open letter to the UK people from Africans Rising For Justice, Peace and Dignity. The letter, which launches Africans Rising’s #ReRightHistory campaign, contains a plea to the UK people to start making amends for the harm caused by slavery and colonialism.
