London, UK. 14 November, 2019. Members of the Grenfell community, joined by firefighters and wellwishers, take part in the 29th Grenfell Silent Walk around North Kensington on the monthly anniversary of the Grenfell Tower fire on 14th June 2017 during which 72 people died. It has been a difficult month for the Grenfell community following publication of the first phase of the Grenfell community and much criticised comments made by Leader of the House of Commons Jasob Rees-Mogg. General election candidates for Kensington Emma Dent Coad (Labour) and Sam Gyimah (Liberal Democrats) were also among those attending the Silent Walk.
