London, UK. 13 October, 2019. Climate activists from Extinction Rebellion, including some disabled activists, protest outside New Scotland Yard against tactics employed by police officers which have impinged on the right to protest of disabled activists, including the confiscation of their wheelchair ramps, accessible toilets and tents. Police officers made arrests during the protest using Section 14 of the Public Order Act 1986; two disabled activists in wheelchairs were arrested. This was the seventh day of Extinction Rebellion's International Rebellion protests.
