London, UK. 11 October, 2019. Kurdish supporters of the YPG protest in Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus and outside the BBC's New Broadcasting House against Turkey’s ground invasion of Kurdish-held areas in northern Syria and to call for the UK to stop supporting the Turkish government. The latest UN reports suggest that 100,000 people have already fled their homes in Northern Syria as a result of the Turkish assault.
