Windsor, UK. 18th May, 2019. The Household Cavalry exercise their right to a Freedom of Entry March through Windsor by way of farewell to the town where they have been based at Combermere Barracks for over 200 years in advance of their relocation to Salisbury Plain later this year as part of a major restructure of the British Army. The march comprised up to 250 marching troops, 8 mounted troops, the Band of the Household Cavalry and veterans. Princess Anne, Princess Royal, took their salute from the Guildhall.
