Outsourced workers belonging to the Public & Commercial Services union (PCS) walk out from the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) for their second day of strike action to demand the London Living Wage and an end to outsourcing. Union members handed out strike-themed cakes to supporters in return for donations to the strike fund.
