London, UK. 11th February, 2019. Campaigners against immigration deportations and the Government's hostile environment stage a 'People's Trial of the Home Office and Hostile Environment' including the reading of direct testimonies of individuals who have been detained or deported and performances by musicians and poets. The event was organised by End Deportations, All African Women's Group, Women of Colour Global Womens Strike, Lesbians and Gays Support the Migrants, Black Women’s Rape Action Project, Women Against Rape and Legal Action for Women and SOAS Detainee Support (SDS).
