Activists from pro- and anti-Brexit groups protest outside Parliament on the first day of the debate in the House of Commons on Prime Minister Theresa May's proposed Brexit withdrawal agreement. Increased policing was in evidence following complaints regarding harassment of MPs and journalists by supporters of the pro-Brexit group Yellow Vests UK.
