Jacob Rees-Mogg, chair of the Eurosceptic European Research Group, appears outside the House of Commons with fellow ERG member Steve Baker, Conservative MP for Wycombe, to announce the submission of a letter of no confidence in Prime Minister Theresa May following the Cabinet resignations of Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab and Work and Pensions Secretary Esther McVey and the day after the Prime Minister gained Cabinet approval of a draft Brexit agreement of which they disapprove.
