Plea Hearing For Co-founder Of Palestine Action London

London, UK. 18th September, 2024. Co-founders of Palestine Action Richard Barnard (l) and Huda Ammori (r) are pictured outside Westminster Magistrates Court following a plea hearing involving Richard Barnard. The hearing related to charges under s44 Serious Crime Act 2007 and s12 (1A) of the Terrorism Act 2000 in connection with speeches made by Barnard at protests in Manchester and Bradford in October 2023. Palestine Action is a pro-Palestinian protest group which uses direct action tactics to disrupt and to attempt to close down sites believed to be linked to weapons manufacturers supplying arms to Israel.
