Julian Assange Wins Right To Appeal Against US Extradition London

Two senior High Court judges granted Assange the right to challenge his extradition at a full appeal hearing on a later date and in particular to challenge US assurances as to how a trial there would be conducted and whether his right to free speech would be infringed.
