Farnborough, UK. 2nd October, 2021. Extinction Rebellion climate activists are pictured on a steel tripod and locked together using an arm tube in order to block an entrance to Farnborough Airport. Activists blocked three entrances to the private airport to highlight elevated carbon dioxide levels produced by super-rich passengers using private jets and 'greenwashing' by the airport in announcing a switch to sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
