London, UK. 30th March, 2019. Activists from London Palestine Action sing reworded Eurovision songs at a protest outside the Gielgud Theatre where Mel Giedroyc is appearing in the musical Company to call on her to withdraw from hosting Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv in recognition of the Palestinian call for a cultural boycott of Israel and in order not to assist with the ‘culturewashing’ of Israeli human rights abuses.
