London, UK. 30th March, 2019. Activists from London Palestine Action sing reworded Eurovision songs at a protest outside the offices of Bauer Media, home of Magic FM, to call on Mel Giedroyc, who has a Saturday radio show on Magic FM, to withdraw from hosting Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv in recognition of the Palestinian call for a cultural boycott of Israel and in order not to assist with the ‘culturewashing’ of Israeli human rights abuses.
